The kit
Free tools for cutting down and quitting
Two small, fast tools for the two questions every pouch user asks on the way out: how do I step down without losing my mind, and what is this habit actually costing me?
Nicotine taper calculator
Tell it how many pouches you use a day, how strong they are and how many weeks you want. It builds a week-by-week step-down table that cuts your total daily nicotine by about 10 to 20 percent a week, switches you to a lower strength before it cuts your count, names your quit date, prints on one sheet, and says plainly when cold turkey would be the simpler path. The method and its sources are on the page.
Pouch cost calculator
Cans a week, or pouches a day, and the price you pay. See the weekly, monthly and yearly spend, the price per pouch, and, if you arrive from the taper calculator, the savings that stack up week by week along your plan and after your quit date. Every dollar figure is dated and editable.
What these tools are not
They are planning tools, not medical advice. They do not pick a nicotine replacement dose for you (a pharmacist, a doctor or the free quitline at 1-800-QUIT-NOW can), they do not promise an outcome, and they are not for anyone under 21. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, talk to a doctor before changing your nicotine use.
Coming next
A craving timer, a withdrawal timeline you can date from your own quit day, and a gum check-in are on the list for the site and the app. Join the early-access list below and we will tell you when the LastPouch app lands on Android.
