The LastPouch app is on its way
Log every pouch from a widget, follow a plan you built, watch the number fall. Android first, then iPhone.

What it will do
- Log each pouch in one tap. A home-screen widget records the pouch, its strength in mg and its brand, so the count is real instead of remembered.
- Build the plan you choose. A step-down taper (strength first, then count, about 10 to 20 percent less nicotine a week) or a cold-turkey plan with a fixed quit date, using the same method as the free taper calculator.
- Time the craving. Start a timer when a craving hits and watch it pass; the app keeps a craving log so you can see your triggers.
- Show the timeline. A withdrawal timeline dated from your own quit day, built on what the CDC, smokefree.gov and NIDA say about when symptoms peak and fade.
- Count the money. A running total of what you have kept since your first cut, from the price you actually pay.
- Check in on your gums. Gentle reminders to look at the pouch spot and note what you see, and plain guidance on when to see a dentist.
What it will not do
It will not diagnose or treat anything, pick a nicotine replacement dose for you, or promise that you will quit. It is a tracker and a plan, not a clinician. It will always point you to the free quitline (1-800-QUIT-NOW), to nicotine replacement and to your own doctor. It is for adults 21 and over only.
Why Android first
Most of the people who asked us for this use Android phones, and a home-screen widget that logs a pouch in one tap is the heart of the app. We are building it there first and will bring it to iPhone after. Join the early-access list and you will hear about both.
Try the free tools today
You do not have to wait for the app. The taper calculator builds your step-down plan and quit date now, and the cost calculator shows what the habit costs and what stopping gives back.
Heads up
Nicotine is addictive and no nicotine pouch is safe. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, talk to a doctor before changing your nicotine use. Free help: call 1-800-QUIT-NOW or text QUIT to 47848.
