This policy covers the website lastpouch.com, run by Viral Labs. The LastPouch app will have its own policy when it launches.

The short version

• The taper calculator and the cost calculator run in your browser. Nothing you type into them (pouch counts, strengths, prices) is uploaded or stored by us.
• If you join the early-access list, we store your email address and a few details about the sign-up so we can email you about the launch.
• We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Anything you type into a form is masked in Clarity.
• We never sell your data, and we never share it with pouch makers, quit programs or advertisers.

The early-access list

When you submit the early-access form, we store your email address, the page and spot you signed up from, the date, your country (from your connection) and the device type. We keep it on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We use it only to email you about the LastPouch app and new tools, at most a handful of times, and each email will include a way to unsubscribe. To have your email removed at any time, write to viral.b.tandel@gmail.com.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage such as pages viewed, which tool was used and whether a plan was built or printed, and whether the early-access form was submitted. It does not receive the numbers you type into the calculators. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolls, taps), with anything typed into forms masked. Both load only after you interact with a page. You can block them with any standard tracker blocker without losing any feature of the site.

Cookies

The analytics tools above set cookies to recognize a returning browser. The site itself does not need cookies to work, and the calculators keep no state between visits unless you print or copy your plan yourself.

Health information

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, personal health information. The calculators take pouch counts and strengths only, in your browser. If you email us about your situation, we will treat the message as confidential and will not share it.

Age

This site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect email addresses from anyone under 21, and never from children under 13. If you believe someone under age has signed up, email us and we will delete the address.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
